By using Tresory you agree to these terms. This is a plain-language draft — have it reviewed by a lawyer before a real launch.

The service

Tresory is a tool to document, protect, and (if something is stolen) help recover your valuables. It is not insurance, an appraisal service, or a guarantee of recovery. Values you record are your own estimates.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for the content you add.
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to, or use the service unlawfully.

Recovery & third parties

Any recovery guidance is informational. Always work with law enforcement; never confront a seller or arrange a private meeting. We're not liable for actions taken based on the app's guidance.

Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is." We aim for high availability and keep backups, but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.
